Our Animals

Meet Mabel, Margot, Marylee and Melody, our adorable Valais Blacknose sheep. Often called the cutest sheep in the world, they are gentle, friendly and a big hit with families. Guests love watching them graze in the fields and capturing their fluffy coats and sweet black faces.

Belle, Blossom, Bluebell and Buttercup are alpacas full of character. They enjoy grazing together and watching the world around them. Children love meeting them during their stay, and their quirky looks make for great photos. They bring plenty of charm to the farm.

Aero, Coco, Oreo and Rolo are our four Pygmy Goat boys, who joined us in March 2026. Full of character and always keeping busy, they are a lovely addition to the farm and a big hit with children during their stay. Their playful nature and curious personalities make them great fun to watch.

Our Highland cows, Angus, Fergus and Hamish, bring plenty of rustic charm to Barmston Farm. With their long coats, gentle nature and inquisitive personalities, they are a joy to watch as they graze and explore. They are a lovely addition to the farm and a real hit with visitors.
