Bookings can be made securely via our website using the online booking system. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your stay. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Yes, dogs are welcome in our pet-friendly accommodation. We allow up to 2 dogs per booking. A fee of £35 per dog, per stay applies. Dogs must be kept on leads in communal areas, never left unattended, and are not permitted on furniture or beds.

Yes, Barmston Farm is largely flat and easy to get around. Dairy Cottage has been specially designed with wheelchair access, wider doorways, a wet room and mobility aids. If you have specific needs, please contact us before booking and we'll be happy to help.

Yes. Guests staying at Barmston Farm enjoy complimentary access to our 3-acre fishing lake. Fishing is catch and release only and must follow the rules posted on site. Night fishing is permitted only with pre-authorisation.

Absolutely. We are a family-friendly holiday park with a children's play area, games room, petting farm, and lots of safe outdoor space for little ones to explore.

Our petting farm is home to friendly alpacas, Valais Blacknose sheep, and our three golden retrievers. We're also introducing alpaca walks and other small animal experiences.

Barmston Farm is ideally located near the historic market town of Beverley, offering a wide choice of shops, cafés, restaurants, and local attractions. Explore Beverley Minster, enjoy a day at Beverley Racecourse, or browse the Saturday market.

Yes. Each cottage has a private courtyard with a BBQ table, and outdoor dining areas are available.

Yes, bike hire is available for guests who'd like to explore the peaceful countryside surrounding the park.

What a great visit again (our 6th or 7 th ) .
Hosts Dana and Zane and their lovely family were top class. We could not fault a single thing at Barmston.
The new management family team were brilliant from arrival to departure.
As always the fishing was great too . Lots of quality carp .
Already booked and paid for next year too, its that good !

We have visited Barmston Farm on 2 occasions, once in a caravan and last week in Dairy Cottage which is dog friendly. Enjoyed both holidays and accommodation great.

We have just returned from a brilliant long weekend stay at Barmston Farm. The caravans are clean, spacious and well equipped. The surroundings are incredibly safe & I felt at ease letting my 2 children run off to the on-site park which they loved! The outdoor space was our children’s favourite. They had so much room to play. The fishing lake is fantastic! It isn’t open to the public so only residents can fish which means that sometimes, you do get the entire lake to yourself! The whole site is exceptionally well kept & the time & effort they have put in to create this hidden gem is clear to see. Prior to our stay, I did read a review about the road being full of pot holes. Yes, it does have pot holes, as do most off road tracks due to the constant bad weather! You can drive around them!

The fishing is fantastic and relaxing has it is a private lake well worth it and some decent weights to be had all round fantastic experience would recommend to anyone

Absolutely fabulous place. Can't rate it highly enough. My son enjoyed the fishing lake & I loved looking around at the animals. Accommodation is fantastic. High end property. One small (very small) complaint, the double room needs a king size bed. A double bed really is just for one person. Also, needs a shelf in the bathroom for toothpaste & toothbrushes. I can't wait to book again. My son thought it was amazing, having its own private fishing lake that was well stocked.

Weve had a lovely little break just the two of us and three grandkids.Theres lots to do on the farm some of the activities are curtailed because of covid but that hasnt stopped them having fun. The caravan was a good size.Theres only five caravans in a horseshoe shape with a small park right next door so the kids had a bit of independence as we could see them from the caravan.We used it as a base and did plenty of exploring. We would certainly come back here again as everyone was lovely and maybe spend a bit longer next time.
